History
Originally from the Puglia region on the Adriatic coast, Enzo learned to cook in the Swiss-Italian region of Lugano, making it a point of honour to remain faithful to his family's demanding culinary tradition, based on products of the highest quality.
In 1987, he opened his first restaurant in the 14th arrondissement in Paris and developed a menu that soon became a success.
In 2013, Enzo discovered the Bassins à Flot project in Bordeaux and fell under its spell. He decided to embark on this new adventure in Bordeaux with the same energy and passion that has driven him for almost thirty years, for the love of cooking and quality, with a single goal: your pleasure.
